In this article, we shall share the important rules of California Consumer Privacy Act ("CCPA") and explain how we comply with these rules. It is hard to explain every part of this law and our compliance in every regard. So, we are sharing information and explaining our compliance on the important parts only.

The CCPA rules give California residents the right to request a business that sells personal information about the consumer to third parties not to sell the consumer's personal information.

According to CCPA, the term "sell" means:

"selling, renting, releasing, disclosing, disseminating, making available, transferring, or otherwise communicating orally, in writing, or by electronic or other means, a consumer's personal information by the business to another business or a third party for monetary or other valuable consideration."

We do not sell personal information and have no plan to sell personal information so far.

We can assure you that we have never sold any user's personal information to any third party as of now.

The opt-out page

The CCPA rule requires that a business website must have a page called Do Not Sell My Personal Information. The only purpose of this page is to give the California residents a chance to opt-out of the sale of personal information. We do not sell any personal information. However, we have an option if any California resident wants to make such a request. To make such a request, the users of our apps and website can click on the "Do Not Sell My Personal Information" link, get our email on this very page and send a request by email.

Request without an account

You do not need to create an account on our website to make a request. You can just send an email and that is all. There is no account creation and login process involved.

Respecting your request for 12 months

The rule requires that every company must not sell personal information of a user if he/she has requested to not sell their information. After 12 months, a company can request the user to allow the sale of personal information.

As of now, we neither sell personal information nor make such requests to allow the sale of personal information.
